It reminds us that Judaism is not only lived in the intimacy of our homes or our hearts, but also in encounter, sharing, and the responsibility we have for one another.<\/p>\n<p>It has now been more than twenty years since I have had the privilege of accompanying our community in the 5th arrondissement of Paris. Over the years, I have seen families grow, children become adults, and generations succeed one another. Above all, I have seen a community where everyone, through their presence, kindness, and commitment, contributes to writing a common story.<\/p>\n<p>A community is not just a place where we come to pray. It is a home where we gather in times of joy as well as in more difficult moments. It is a space where everyone is welcomed with respect, where every smile, every encouraging word, every gesture of generosity strengthens the bond that unites us.<\/p>\n<p>The principle of \u00abDo not stray from the community\u00bb does not simply mean being present. It invites us to be active participants. Each of us possesses a talent, a sensitivity, a willingness, or an idea that can enrich our collective life. No contribution is too modest when offered with sincerity. Together, we build a more vibrant, welcoming, and stronger community.<\/p>\n<p>Our tradition teaches us that the Divine Presence resides where men and women unite in a common spirit of fraternity, study, prayer, and solidarity. It is this unity that gives meaning to our mission and that transmits to our children a living, joyful, and hopeful Judaism.<\/p>\n<p>I wish everyone here to find their place, to feel welcome and to contribute in their own way to making this beautiful community grow.
