La cour de la Synagogue Vauquelin.

The Synagogue of the Latin Quarter

« Vauquelin » is a dynamic community that brings together several hundred families from the Ve arr. and the left bank of Paris (VIe, Ve, XIIIe and XIVe arr.), some of which are among its founding families dating back almost 145 years. The Sephardic rite is practiced throughout the year for services and celebrations, while the Ashkenazi rite is maintained only for the Tichri holidays. The community shares the values of transmission, loyalty to tradition and openness promoted by the Central Consistory of France.
